At Mini Clean Desk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a simple and fair return policy.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, the product must meet these conditions:
- It must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must include the original packaging, tags, and all accessories.
- We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, installed, or used.
How to Make a Return
- Send us an email to minicleandesk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Ship the product to the address we provide.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or we made an error.
Defective Products or Shipping Errors If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exceptions We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been used or installed.
- Products without their original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made products (if we offer them in the future).
