At Mini Clean Desk, we are committed to shipping your orders quickly and securely.
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time Once your order is processed, we ship from our US Warehouse.
- United States: 2 to 5 business days
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 10 to 20 business days (depending on destination)
3. Shipping Costs & Anniversary Promotion

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at every step.
5. International Shipments For orders outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Undelivered Packages If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the customer is not available to receive it, the customer will be responsible for any return or re-shipping fees.
7. Address Changes Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
